Sizzler Strut - 9:00 AM 
The Sizzler Strut is a fun, family-friendly fundraising run/walk in support of Humboldt Community Trails.  The event includes a 5 KM run/walk and 10 KM run.  A 1 KM 'Kids Fun Run' is also offered for younger participants.  Teams welcome! How can you get involved?  It's easy!  Register yourself, register as a family, challenge a neighbour, join your co-workers in an office challenge, nominate businesses to participate in a race challenge, or volunteer!  The run will start at 9:00 AM at the Humboldt Vintage Club! BBQ - 6:00 PM - Curling Rink
Concert - 7:00 PM - Curling Rink! (NEW LOCATION) Please use South Side overhead door.
Join us for our kick off BBQ at 6:00 PM and stay for entertainment featuring Stephanie Rose, a young singer/songwriter from Debden Saskatchewan, who is currently making her way further and further into the country music scene.

High Impact Wrestling - 7:00 PM - Jubilee Hall

For 18 years HIW Canada has been the premier pro wrestling company in Canada, boasting the strongest and most experienced roster of talent in the entire nation!

Tickets will be available May 23 for $10 at the Uniplex Administration Desk


Doors open at 6:30pm; event starts at 7pm

Saturday, June 17

Ball Tournament (All Day) -  Centennial Park, A. & E. Kilcher Park, and Bill Brecht Park

Softball will take center stage on the Uniplex Grounds on Sizzler Saturday, as all four west diamonds will see action with the U10, U12, U14 and U19 divisions all converging on Humboldt to via for their respective Championships. Games will also take place at the A.& E. Kilcher park and Bill Brecht park. A food booth will also be open at Centennial Park!

Games will begin in the morning with a complete schedule coming out later in June…

Pancake Breakfast - 8:30 AM - Civic Park
The Humboldt Vintage Club will be serving up pancakes on Saturday morning at 8:30 am of the Summer Sizzler!! Get your fill and watch another exciting Sizzler Parade from the comfort of Civic Park!
Swim Meet - 9:00 AM

Humboldt Hammerheads will hold a swim meet starting at 9:00am. This competitive level of swimming is something you do not want to miss.

Parade - 9:20 AM - Civic Park

The Sizzler Parade will try to build on last year’s successful event! There will be awards for best entries and live commentary by Boldt FM at Civic Park.

Comic Con - 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Elgar Petersen Arena

The Summer Fun Comic Con has grown over the last three year and this year we are excited to bring it to Summer Sizzler Saturday!

The Sizzler Comic Con will include Free Comics from 8th Street Books and Comics, exhibits, and sketch duels between artists! You will also have a chance to get your picture taken with a superhero. 

The event will feature Humboldt’s very own superhero – Auroroman!!

The event will run from 12:00pm to 6:00pm and admission is free!

Strong Person Competition - 1:00 PM - South of Uniplex on 5th Avenue

Summer Sizzler will welcome some of Saskatchewan’s strongest men and women competing for a chance to qualify for the Provincial Strongman Competition in August!

Large crowds are expected to take in this FREE event! The event will include 4 or 5 different feats of strength and is sure to be an exciting time for the entire family!

The event will begin at 1pm and run through the afternoon!

JCI Demo Derby - 3:00 PM - Airport (2.5km South of Humboldt on Highway 20)

The grandstands will be packed once again this year as the JCI’s present their unprecedented 46th Annual Demolition Derby!!

Tickets are only available at the gate, which opens at 3pm! Adults are $15 and Under 16 gets in for only $10 (preschoolers are free). 

The first heat gets underway at 4pm! Get there early and get ready for hours of car smashing entertainment!!

Sunday, June 18

Bike Rodeo - 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Curling Rink

This 4th Annual event will once again showcase the importance of Bike Safety and is a great way to finish off Sizzler Weekend.

Humboldt Emergency Services is doing the helmet giveaway this year. Safe Communities Humboldt & Area will be doing the Bike Raffle Giveaway!

The event will run from 12pm to 3pm and admission is free! 3:15PM there will be a BMX demo out at the skate park!

Car Show - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM - HCI Student Parking Lot

The Boldt Cruzers Car and Truck Club Sunday afternoon Car Show!

The show will run from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
