PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 3(e) of the City of Humboldt’s Public Notice Policy #4475, the Council of the City of Humboldt hereby gives Notice that it will consider:

An amendment to Bylaw 05/2022 which is a Bylaw to the guarantee of the repayment of a loan held by Conexus Credit Union and issued to the Humboldt Golf Club Inc., which provided financing for the construction of an Events Centre. The Bylaw amendment is required to recognize the change in terms and interest rate.

PUBLIC MEETING

This matter will be considered at a Regular Meeting of Council to be held Monday, April 22, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers at 715 Main Street, Humboldt. All written submissions received by the Interim City Clerk by noon on Thursday, April 18, 2024, will be forwarded to City Council. Council will also hear all persons who are present at the meeting and wish to speak to the matter.

Tax Arrears Notice

In accordance with The Tax Enforcement Act, notice is hereby given that unless the arrears and costs appearing in the “Tax Arrears List” are fully paid before the 15th day of May, 2024, a tax lien will be registered against the land.
